Planning for the next chapter of the Idylwylde
The Clubhouse Project is a long-term planning and capital initiative focused on understanding the condition of our existing facilities, identifying our future needs, and exploring options for the Clubhouse’s next chapter.
A recent Capital Reserve Study confirmed that much of the Clubhouse infrastructure has reached or is beyond its useful life and will require significant capital investment.
This work provides an important foundation for determining how best to address those needs while considering the experience, functionality and long-term sustainability of the Club.
Exploring What Comes Next
Two potential Clubhouse concepts have been developed for Member consideration. These concepts are intended to help illustrate what the future of the Club could look like and provide a starting point for discussion and feedback.
No final direction has been determined. The information presented here is part of an ongoing planning process, and Member feedback will be an important part of the conversation as we move forward.
As the process continues, we will share information with Members so everyone understands the considerations, opportunities, and decisions ahead.
