2009 GOLF SEASON UPDATE
The course is now comfortably 'put to bed' for the season and has a blanket of snow over it. Many thanks to our new Golf Course Superintendent - Jay Sisko - who gave us a great season! For the winter of 2009/2010 there will be extensive maintenance work being done out on the course. To facilitate this work, many of the cart paths will be plowed throughout the winter months. As a result, there will not be any formally groomed or maintained cross-country ski trails on the course; however, members are welcome to make their own tracks to enjoy our Northern winter.

Christmas and New Yewar's break - practice time for members is available from December 29th to December 31st from 11am to 3pm. Please call the Club at 522-8580 to ensure there is space on the ice druing this time.
CLUBHOUSE FOODSERVICE
The Club's new Winter Menu is in place for all to enjoy. Be sure to enjoy the food, the winter scenery and the view from the Clubhouse with family and friends, in a comfortable, friendly environment. For information or reservations: contact the Club, or call 522-8580.
Over the Christmas and New Year's break, the Club will be open for lunch hour (11am to 3pm) from December 29th (Tuesday) to December 31st (Thursday). There is also a New Year's Eve Dinner - please reserve at 522-8580 prior to December 23rd to ensure your space.

GOLFING MEMBERS SERVICE
Members - View or Update Your Handicaps on the Internet and check course conditions
Log onto "www.ehandicap.net" or click on: Members Golf Handicap Updates
You will need the Club Course name (please contact the Club), your surname and password to view, update or make
changes to your golfing handicap - this allows you to keep your scores up to date all year round without having to
use the Club computer.
For further information contact the Club or call 522-8580.
A new members golfing service is now available-Golf Course Conditions Hotline-(705)523-3669! This will provide daily updates to course conditions (cart rule of the day, horticultural practices, and course closures or delays - frost, rain - and so on). Make sure to use this service, and reduce calls to the Pro Shop. For tee time bookings, after ballots have been drawn - 523-1006.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
General Golfing Membership Information can be reviewed here. There are currently a limited number of openings in the female section, while all other membership categories are at or close to capacity.
Wives and daughters of full golf members are invited to join with the initiation fee currently waived for the coming season (limited spaces). Please call the office at 522-8580 for more details!
