Golf events, Tournaments, Bonspiels and Special Occasion days to have extended hours.

Clubhouse memberships are available for those who would enjoy using the clubhouse for social activities. A number of activities are planned for members and their guests throughout the year, including Mixed Golf Socials, Easter, Thanksgiving and Mothers' Day brunches and dinners, Fathers' Day Buffet Dinner, the Children's Christmas Party, New Year's Eve dinner, and the regular Sunday brunches held during winter months.

Clubhouse members may, upon payment of a preferred green fee, golf a maximum of five times per season, and may also bring green fee-paying guests (some restrictions apply). On these occasions, the clubhouse member(s) and their guests will have full access to all golf practice facilities.

Corporate Clubhouse memberships are available to organizations if they sign up a block of members. Corporate categories are 'five to ten' and 'more than ten' members and qualify for a discount in membership fees. The same benefits extended to Clubhouse members are available to the Corporate Clubhouse member.

While at the Club, members and guests are asked to abide by the Dress Code adopted for the Club's casual atmosphere. All members are asked to observe the Dress Code for the golf course while in the Clubhouse (jeans are permitted in the Clubhouse only). Any person's attire found to be inappropriate, according to management, will be asked to change or leave.

Golf shoes and golf clubs will not be allowed upstairs in the Clubhouse. Members are respectfully asked to remove their hats while in the Clubhouse.

Services

The focus of the Clubhouse is to provide for the business and social requirements of each member and their guest(s).

The Idylwylde provides members with a number of dining options. Choose from the Bar for an informal atmosphere, the Dining Room for casual dining, enjoy the Patio overlooking the putting greens and Lake Nepahwin or grab a quick snack in between the ninth and tenth holes at the Snack Shack during golf season.

Weekly dining events during the summer include the popular Friday Night BBQ (reservations please at 522-8580 ext. 225), and Ladies and Men's Nights, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, respectively. Sunday Brunches are scheduled from Thanksgiving through to Easter in the Spring - please check the calendar for confirmed bookings.

Special Events are planned for members and their guests throughout the year including:

• Friday Night Buffets & BBQs in the summer months

• Children's Christmas Party

• Thanksgiving Brunch

The Clubhouse facility is also available for private events such as weddings, retirement and birthday dinners, private breakfasts or other functions. When in full use, the Clubhouse can comfortably seat up to 160 guests for your private function. For smaller groups, individual areas can seat the following: the Fireplace area can accommodate up to 72, the Dining area 40, and the Bar 84. The Board Room can privately accommodate up to sixteen people for a meeting, meal or both. Whatever your need, the Club has a comfortable area to host your group.
